Rachael is certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Trauma and operates from a trauma-informed lens. In using an empathetic and non-judgmental approach, Rachael uses evidence-based techniques to empower clients to take charge of their lives. Rachael actively supports youth, adults, and LGBTQ2S+ individuals in a wide range of topics, including body image, self-love, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and various social issues.

Madison is passionate about trauma-informed care and working with children, adolescents and families. Madison has educational experience in both the field of Child and Youth Care and the field of Social Work. Madison works from a trauma-informed approach and prioritizes client-centered care throughout her practice. Madison regularly uses skills from both cognitive, and dialectical, behaviour therapy to support her therapeutic interventions. Madison also utilizes principles from strengths-based, and solution-focused therapy throughout her practice.

Madeline Wilson

Madeline offers counselling services to a wide range of individuals. From her years of experience in the London community she has worked with many people from all walks of life from youth to seniors. Madeline works to support her clients in their journeys and ensures that their experiences with counselling feel supportive and compassionate. Madeline has worked with individuals experiencing care-giver burnout, individuals experiencing anxiety and depression and individuals in crisis. Madeline uses cognitive behavioural techniques as well as dialectical behavioural techniques depending the individual’s goals and developmental stage. Madeline uses a strengths-based approach to counselling so that individuals feel supported, heard and can make active steps towards reaching their goals in an empowered manner. Madeline looks forward to meeting with individuals to tailor a plan that is best suited to them , while recognizing the strengths the individual brings and honouring the resilience and knowledge that individuals have within them.
