Jordan Boyd
Social Worker OCSWSSW
Hi and welcome! I’m a Master of Social Work graduate with a deep commitment to creating a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My background is in crisis services, where I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals during some of the most challenging moments of their lives. Over the years, I’ve worked with a wide range of concerns, including family challenges, substance use, suicidal thoughts, career uncertainty, grief, depression, anxiety, psychosis, trauma, and boundary-setting.
I bring a trauma-informed and person-centered approach to my work, always prioritizing your comfort, autonomy, and goals. I believe healing happens best in safe, authentic relationships, and I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you can feel truly at ease. Humor and authenticity are key values in my practice—I'll always show up as my genuine self.
My experience includes working with diverse populations, including members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community and their families. I use a flexible, integrative approach tailored to your unique needs, drawing from tools such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, narrative therapy, and strength-based strategies.
Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to support you as you explore, heal, and grow.
